I've had to fight for my third party claim fpor months, they're totally unco-operative, they've been pushing me from pillar to post, person to person, taken no responsibility, make empty promises and assure me some way forward just to shut me up.

What a way for customer service, i'm surprised people still choose to give a crowd like this their business!
