Lossing my patience with Outsurance

Service delivery is something Outsurance lacks, you go on about how great your service is and how you wanna make our lives simpler and easier. Its going to the third week and my car is still accumulating dust at the panel beaters and I'm expected to make means to get to Sandton from the East Rand for another 2-3 weeks depending on when the Panel beaters finish my car??? OUTSURANCE SHAPE UP!!! I'm getting sick of being underestimated by an Insurance company. I've been doing Hlakudi's job for the last couple of weeks, not even an apology for Mr Molefe instead his using the fact that's his new as an excuse. This is not acceptable
