Cellphone replacement

I spoke to Verna at 08h00 this morning to submit a claim for damage to my daughter's cellphone. She phoned me back at about 11h30 to say that the cellphone would be replaced as the damage was irreparable, and that the matter would be finalised within three working days. I was astonished and delighted at the speed and efficiency with which this matter was handled, and especially with Verna who was professional and friendly. Such service is rare nowadays, although it is what one would expect from Woolworths. Thank you Verna!
