My boyfriend bought a car on the 6th of April and has been trying to get Standard Bank to insure his car as he already has insurance through them. He has phones the call center twice to which they drop the call, has emailed twice and has received a call from the finance department. Also yesterday a lady promised to have someone from the right department phone him. Well that was yesterday... This is appalling how incompetent the staff at standard bank is. The previous time we complained here a lady phoned and provided me with her personal number for any future complaints. Well that was pointless as I phoned 5 times and no one answered. I can just imagine how very sorry they would be if the car gets. This is a very bad image they are sending out to people who tries to protect the little they have!!
