How FNB can help me

In December my father passed away suddenly after a short illness. He had a credit card with FNB which had insurance in the case of death. In the same month we contacted FNB and found out what they needed and sent it through. Then we received notice that my dead father was being handed over. Since then we phoned numerous times and every time we go through to voicemail. Yet no one ever calls back. Or if they do it is when my mother is at work and unable to take personal calls. She asks them to call back at a certain time yet no one does. They do remember to constantly send notices threatening legal action. We are at our wits end. What do we have to do to get service? This is the reason I will never bank with them because customer service is more important than free stuff to me. How can you help me FNB? How about you don't make what has already been a difficult time even more stressful
