No claim feedback - Private bank custome

I am really getting the idea that Absa is doing it's utmost best to lose as many customers as possible. My brother lodged a claim (January 2013) for water damage whilst on holiday in December. The solid wooden floors, ceilings and walls where damaged. Various people came out for quotes but for some reason things are not moving along. I have made various calls to the person dealing wit this but every time I get the same answer... they are working on it. In the mean time my brother passed away and are we really not getting any joy from Absa on when work will commence or even what is the stance on matters. This property needs to be rented out but have been standing empty since January 2013. This rental income will form the main income for my pensioner mother and therefore I feel that 4 months have been more than enough to sort out this claim. I would really appreciate your urgent attention as this is not the way to treat a claim of a person that was a good private bank customer. Beacause of things like these I have moved all my accounts and my husband who is also a private bank customer is looking into moving he's account.. I guess Absa is really getting what they are working towards
