Hi,
I have sent my LOD to on the 4th of January regarding 2 debit orders that went through my credit card in December and January-R207.00 each month with the reference AIG LIFE BRA. I did not accept the AIG policy nor received any documentation from AIG.
I have queried 3 times via email (as I am away) on the status of my LOD as I have not received any response within the 48 working day hours from the 4th.
I'd appreciate that FNB got back to me with feedback on my LOD this week.
