This query has been going back and forth for a month. I had previously posted this query (23 Aug) on Hellopeter and Daphe Le Grange responded on the site stating that she will investigate. Needless to say - she is useless!! She has not initiated contact with me. Her response is a poor copy and paste reply to all queries. What is wrong with the staff at ABSA??? Please can someone with intelligence handle this query. I've been undergoing debt conselling from April last year. My debt review with ABSA has recently been cancelled (last month) due to 'short payment' made in November 2012. No-one has communicated to me from November last year (when the problem could have immediately been rectified). In July this year, I get a letter stating that ABSA has cancelled my debt review. How the is this possible? Should you have not informed me immediately in Nov last year? My debt counsellor has lodged a complaint with the NCR. Please can someone rectify this situation and STOP YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT FROM CONTACTING ME
