As from when I joint the Team of excellence till today I never received my contract. When I had a claim for water damadge after heavy rain during easter it was declined, you should have read your contract its wear and tare. How is it possible I'm living in the house for only almost 2 months. I trusted them with everything I has, my house, my content and my cars. When the claim on the structure was rejected they reject the claim for damaged content. I cancelled every thing with them. I'm now with a trusted insurance that I could rely on to care for my possesions.
