Lip Service only after traumatic car accident

I had a traumatic car accident on 27 March 2012.
Accident Reference No: 764576
I am still waiting for my documents to be collected and processed! 2 weeks and 1 day after the accident.

Called every day twice a day since the accident to find out if my car would be written off
on one of those calls on 5 April 2013, the call center said "oh its been written off"
my Claim Handler - Sibusiso never called me to tell me this information or to follow up, I had to do all the calling, when i eventually got through to him (harder than you can believe) he was rude and uncaring.

Every time you call the call center the phone is picked up (you can hear the background office noise, but no one speaks or answers - so you have to phone back again)
Staff are NOT empathetic, different information with each person you speak with?

I called to lodge a complaint - wanted to speak to the General Manager (Anton Essop) - no one would let me speak with him - actually made me feel I was doing something wrong to ask for such a high level person! Eventually on Tues 9 April, Daryl Head of Claims called me, he offered good lip service and promises BUT NO Action - Still Waiting!!!
