I wanted to leave outsurance because I found a much cheaper quote. I spoke to Johannes and he gave me a better premium but still nowhere close to the one from the other company. Needless to say I decided to stay with outsurance only because Johannes is awesome!! He made me feel like I was more than a customer, offered to call me back to save my talking minutes. The ONLY reason I stayed was because of him. I hope my stay with outsurance will be as pleasant as it was to speak with Johannes. He deserves a big raise!!!
