I am writing this while holding on for service!!!
I cannot believe the level of service I am getting after being a client of Discovery for 9 years! Is this a standard level of service from Discovery as I experience the same lack of service when my husband had a claim last year. I am very disappointed. I kept on phoning and emailing Khanyisile and she just never replies... the only time she replied was to get my case number and directly after that I asked her for feedback on my rental car and repairs on my car and every time I don't get a reply. I am holding now while on the phone with Palesa. She apparently has been on a call for the whole 15 minutes I have been holding.
I emailed Discovery complains dept but no one replies!!! Unbelievable!
