My husband went into the Glen shopping centres' ABSA last week to apply for an extension to his overdraft. After having to sit there for almost an hour he was assisted by a "trainee". She assured him that everything was okay and that they would let him know a.s.a.p. what the outcome of the application is. It has now been a week and we have not had any feedback. This is really poor service, not what we have come to expect of ABSA.
