FNB ATM DEPOSITING ROBBED ME OF MY R230

I was depositing money at an fnb vincent park atm as I saw i didnt have enough for my rent to debit. So I deposited R230 and the machine took my R230 and printed a receipt saying deposit of R210 unsuccessful. The security guard that was there was totally clueless and it was weekend so all the contact numbers were not working. This happened on the 31st of March already and since then I've been calling with no one giving me proper information and procedure to follow. I've called my branch and they told me I can go to any branch to have this sorted out as I live in Port Elizabeth. I've even called their head office and have probably now wasted more than the R230 in calls and more than 7 hours of my time quing at their forever full PE branches and being told I can only have this sorted at the Vincent Park. The last one that really annoyed me was at the Greenacres branch where the consultant told me that "sadly yes you have to drive to East London to get your R230 back Sir". Like what nonsense is that, they obviously can see they took my money & I incured over R700 costs from them and my rental agent now from my rent not being able to debit. I am really just terribly annoyed with FNB
