My Car went in for repairs in December for the hail damage we had last year only after no feedback I had to find out i will not receive my car back for the December holiday as they will be closed over this period and have not even started with my car (WHY THEN BOOK IT IN) Then on the 7th of January I was told I will have my car back by Monday the 14th guess what now I have to go and fetch my own car in the south as the insurance refuse the bring my car back to where I had to book it in and the Panelbeaters say its not their problem??? Why do we pay for Insurance if they do not offer any customer valued service!!!
