AS I AM TYPING THIS I HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HOLD FOR THE PAST 20 MINS LISTENING TO THIS MUSIC...

I AM A FNB PLATINUM ACCOUNT CHEQUE HOLDER AND FNB SHOULD CHANGE THIER SLOGAN TO: "HOW CAN WE YOU"

I HAVE CALLED IN TO THE FNB CALL CENTRE OVER TEN TIMES OVER THE PAST TWO MONTHS WITH NO RESOLUTION TO MY QUERY REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF MY SMART PHONE... I HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST WITH PEOPLE TELLING THEY ARE ESCALATING MY QUERY OVER 10 TIMES NOW,

1ST I WAS TOLD MY SMART PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED IN 10-15 DAYS, NO DELIVERY!!!
2ND I WAS SENT AN SMS TO SEND IN SOME DEBIT ORDERING SWITCHING FORMS, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED IN TO QUERY THIS AND THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME TO IGNORE IT BECAUSE SHE COULD THERE WERE DEBITS COMING OF MY ACC AND I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH FNB FOR 5 YEARS... STILL NO DELIVERY!!!
3RDLY I RECEIVE AN SMS THAT THE ORDER OF MY DEVICE WAS CANCELLED DUE TO DEBIT ORDER SWITCHING FORMS...??? I CALL, THEY CONFIRM ITS A MISTAKE.. THEY ESCALATE AND PUT ME ON SOME PRIORITY LIST IL BE SORTED IN 5 DAYS..NO DELIVERY!!!

AND LIST GOES ON..

THEN TO TOP IT OF I SPEAK TO YOUDTHVER SINGH WHO JUST ANSWERED THE PHONE AND STARTED DIDNT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT
