Marilyn Stroud and Fathima Dawood are complete gems! They went to untold trouble to help me with a problem I had with my internet banking and were not happy to stop until they had succeeded in helping me! I had had numerous calls to the FNB Call Centre to no avail. Marilyn and Fathima were extremely positive, they obviously know everything there is to know about their jobs - and more! - and all this was done with a smile on their faces. They more than went the extra mile for me. I am one very happy and satisfied FNB customer! They said 'How can we help you? - and meant it!
