Couldnt cancel a stop orde

I went to a branch early in march and asked for my stop order to be cancelled and transferred to a new account but they couldnt and its still deducting my money and sending to an account i have no access to. im not impressed with how they can do something happily when they activate it but when they have to cancel it, it becomes a mission
