Single mom who needs to support my kids in every way possible. I sent through a complaint to Nedbank complaints division informing them of my situation and reasons why I need to extend my term to lower my instalments or consolidate my loan. I was not running away from my problem I was trying to find a solution so that I can assure that I do not fall into arrears and also able to support my kids. A lady called me regarding my complaint I sent thru a few weeks ago I explained to her that our incentives will be cut and I will be short R5000 as from June 2013 and that I need to see if I can reduce my instalment. Very unsympathetic was advised to me no it can't be done and that I need to find anther institution to assist me with my problem or go over to debt review. WHYwould I want to do that is a death sentence u will never find work when being listed as a bad payer. Another thing is when I took out the 2 loans at Nedbank Zevenwacht mall it was said to me come back after 3 months and we will consolidate. Needless to say it couldn't be done. The lady at the complaints dept advised they can't assist me as its my word against the consultant. Nedbank don't give a abt thr clients.
