DEBIT ORDERS AND NO REFUND

FROM LAST JUNE/JULY MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEB DEBITED UP TILL TODAY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A STATEMENT OR ANY LETTERS REGARDING THIS INVESTMENT. I HAVE CALLED OLD MUTUAL SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY MONEY TO BE PAID BACK TO ME BUT UP TILL NOW NOTHING.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL THIS DEBIT AND CLOSE OF THIS ACCOUNT AND REFUND MY FUNDS BACK WITH ALL THE INTEREST, I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT INVESTMENT THIS HAS BEEN BUT I DO WANT MY REFUND BACK WITHOUT ANY DELAY AND EXCUSES
