About a month ago my laptop was, now because I was insured I thought to myself not worry my insurance will cover me. But no turns out I have been waiting for over a month for them to replace my items but no the products they have offered note once have not come close to the ones I initially had. When u ask to speak to a manager and ask for better service or complain its pointless. How about u return the cash for the initial insured value of goods and I purchase them myself. I regret ever having a policy with iywze. The items I lost are valued at 15000 and the stuff you wish to replace it with is no where close to that value so why then have I been paying every month? Honestly I feel cheated. So much for we put u back in the situation u where in before a situation.i am the one. That has to run around to follow up on the progress of my claim
