Returning of rented car after 30 daus

Hi Angelica,

With refrence to our telephonic conversation this afternoon, I would like to express my dissatisfaction about the way you handled my problem. I have sent you and the team a number of emails about the rental carand the repairs progress and none of youcame back to me with an advise.

You told me you saw my email that I sent you on Friday 29/93/2013 as per the email below, only when I was on the phone with you at around 5:00 pm today. That alone shows the inefficiency of your service.

You further advised me yo take the rented car to Avis immediately and solve courtesy car issue with the pannelbeaters that are busy with my car.and that yiu only cover rental for 30 days.

I have work to do and I need a car to perform my day to day job and that is my source of income to provide for my family.i need the carto tske my kids to school every day.

I took a car insurance for convenience in situations like this.

How then do you expect me to return the car, after several emails to the this matrer resolved on time, you further mentioned that I will be hekd responsible for the cost from the 01 April 2013.

I did indicate to you that I will no take accountability of the cost incu
