Faulty customer rofile: Refuse to clea

During 2007 I had financial problems. I had a house, a car and a personal loan to pay at ABSA. I enquired from ABSA to assist me on a temporary basis to pay lower the instalments until I would be in a position to continue with normal payments. ABSA refused to assist me, I applied for debt counselling and ABSA declined the reviewed payments. I then had no option to apply for voluntary sequestration. I lost my house, my car as well as most of my possessions. During 2012 I applied for rehabilitation, and the order was granted by the High Court. During March 2013 I applied for vehicle finance which was declined and when I enquired why I was told their "system" indicated that I had accounts that was in arrears. I explained that I was sequestrated in 2008 and rehabilitated in 2012, and was asked to provide them with the relevant documentation to correct their system. I also received an email to indicate that the issue have been resolved but during April 2013 I again applied for finance and again declined, when enquired the same info was given to me. My credit profile at ITC have been updated, but at ABSA still outdated, after document was send to them.
