No answer and phone put down

Dear Sir/Madam
I have tried to contact your call center on 011 641 6114. No one answers. After 11 minutes of holding the call was answered and phone was put down. Called back and held on for a further 5 min and gave up. One would think that would be on the top of your agenda list.
Not impressed.
