Cant get a statement of account out of them

I've been trying since November 2012 to get a statement of account without any joy. Last correspondence with Jannie Botha, asked him to confirm if they received my requests, and how much the account is in credit with. His response = See attached your paid-up letter. That's not what I asked for, I need a statement of account from the day the account started, to check whether the money my employer deducted, is the amount received by them. Is it that difficult to get???
