I accepted a quotation/schedule for my vehicle insurance, which was debited correctly on my first month, the second month there was an additional debit with a different ref. i email my so called personal consultant Elvira, on the 28.02.2013 at 8.51, she did not respond, i made a follow up call, i was told her line is busy she will return my call, it never happened, this month, the same thing happened again, i emailed, still awaiting response, i called, and i i got he same answer as last months. I hold on to the line for 6minutes, until i put the line down.

Since they are now not returning my call compared to when they wanted to sign me, i am hoping with Peter's interference i will get an explanation and my money back. and that this unnecessary will charge will be stopped. I don't want to change my bank account because of people i trusted to cover my vehicle.
