I bought goods from Burgersfort Toyota for R3000.00. They said that my card did not go through. When i checked my bank statement it was debited for the R3000.00 but Burgersfort Toyota was not credited. I then phoned Absa customer care number 08004141 and spoke to Ester Skosana and she told me that there was nothing she could do about it. She could only log a complaint and i will here from them in a weeks time.
I do not have my money neither my goods. this is totally unacceptable.
