Dad service and dont care about custome

Bad service, my premium has been increase since October without been notified and I had hail damage on 27 of October, my car only went 3 weeks ago for repair and I had car hire for 30 days as per my contract, and when taking the car from Avis documents shows I must return my car on the 26 March, I didn't pay for the access as per the documents I will have the car until the next paid day then I budget to pay next end of March. However I was instructed to take the car back within 2 weeks that left me without the car, I have to take the taxi to work, I'm shopping around for another insurance
