I have been trying to make a payment online for electricity for the past 24 hours, which I always do through FNB, without success. Now my family is sitting alone, at home, without power because FNB has failed me.
I have phoned to complain but no-one seems to know anything about when this will be resolved and have actually recommended I try a different bank.
Usually you guys are absolutely infallible. What's going on?
