NO FEEDBACK

After i submitted my completed Provident Fund withdrawal forms which was accompanied by all the required supporting documentation before the end of February which my last day of service effective on the 08th March 2013, i have been sen t from pillar to post by both Imperial Groups Hr and Payroll division and Cedar.

I have been informed by Rosina at Cedar that she cannot or will not give anu update as to when my payout will be processed as she has to wait on Payroll to deduct the last contribution which effectively means that i will only receive any feedback the end of May 2013. i find this ridiculous as to how none one is willing to provide me with any clarity which i will escalate to the Pension and Provident Funds Ombudsman in due course.
