Extremely sloppy service

I have just received a call from someone by the name of Malika. I suspect that she was calling me with regard to a problem I experienced a few weeks ago when one of the machines at a Clicks branch was malfunctioning. I say "suspect" because when she called me she had absolutely no idea why she was calling me. She failed to tell me where she was calling from or what her name is, she simply said "I'm calling about a transaction for R447 that you made". I had absolutely NO idea where or when the transaction was made and I couldn't fathom why she was phoning me. I am now really worried and I would like the following from Standard Bank: firstly, confirmation that this "Malika" person actually works for Standard Bank and, secondly, that there are no problems or issues with my account.
