My salary is deposited into my bank account on the 25th of each month, African bank goes int my banck account before this and deducts, results in bank charges. When our agreement is for the 25th of each month. Dont stick to the payment arrangement we have agreed too. The collections dept cannot supply a letter or confirmation of the agreeded payment arrangment, as per the notes reflected on the screen. Customer care centre agents unfriendly.
