SMAR TLOAN settled YET STILL DEBITING FUNDS

HI

I have settled my fnb smart spend loan account yet i have noticed that they still went and deducted money for my account?? what is this for.?? Dissapointed in FNB, please ensure that my money is paid back to my account.

FNB has allways been effecient and reliable, why now?
