A quote for a loan for R4500 was generated for me, i was advised to visit a branch to complete the application. I did so on the 13th Of March at the branch in Florida, Goldman Street, staff was very friendly and efficient, agent that helped me said i would recive the money by 5 that day. I didnt receive anything, was called back to send through 2 more payslips which i did, then had to go back to sign one more page, did that too. I asked if there was a problem, agent said no, i just had to sign that page. Up until now i have not received anything, not even an explanation why, despite sending e-mails twice now. I am an exsisting client, havent missed a payment yet. As is the case with anyone applying for a loan, the money is needed urgently, and still is. Such a small amount too> can someone please help me, i still desperately need the money.
