I applied for a loan on Loan Locator on the 3rd of March.
I received a mail asking me to send all my details - payslips etc as well as to go and pay the R399 service fee at some or other store.
No phonecalls were received and as far as Im concerned, their "legal disclaimer" is unacceptable. Why would I want a service package??? and it does not state on this email that i need to cancel my application anywhere,
This is as far as I am concerned, and I am absolutely disgusted that this is the service i have received.
