No responce on internet applications - Overdraft

On 6 March 2013 I applied to increase my overdraft limit on my current account vir the internet application channel due to my working schedule. Today is 22 March 2013 without any reply from Standard Bank. The meesag displayed when the applucation were submitted showed the bank will contact me within 2 working days. Please stop misleading your clients and change it to two weeks or months. It is pathefetic!

I again submitted one on the 19th of March 2013 ithout responce. I would think with all the financial institutions in South Africa every bit of business is important for banks but is seems to me Standard Bank do not care.
