I encountered an unfortunate incident where I misplaced my one& only car keys. I called MiWay to get towing but could not get anywhere as their "Freedom Fighters" were not available. That aside, I could not get what my policy covered me for as I had no wheels to get by for so long as my keys were not replaced.

I was serviced by a very rude consultant who said arrogantly "WAIT" as I was giving him my details. Not only that, I requested I be called as a matter of urgency about this unfortunate situation. They nonchalantly reverted back to me over 24 hours later. The lady who assisted never went into the history of my initial call but asked me how she could assist as if her call to me was a waste of her time. I am not happy, no one called me after I said they should cancel my policy. Great service! This is how they are showing me their appreciation for my money. I guess this is 'their way'. Only if they shared the same on their ads.

I'm very disappointed. I'm sure no one will take this serious from their offices. I AWAIT A CALL!
