This is already an escalated complaint which Gerrit van Eeden is investigating. He promised to come back with me with feedback at our last conversation on 11 July about providing transport for me, because my vehicle was not fixed in one go, as agreed. I have his direct number only. No email. He never answers his phone. It goes the voicemail of a Call Centre agent. Needless to say, nearly two weeks on, I'm still waiting for an update. None of my messages are returned. I also suspect the vehicle repairer has damaged by vehicle and the photos of the Assessor, Anthony, at VDS vehicle repair, will proof this. Despite two requests, Anthony has refused/ 'forgotten' to provide the photos, despite saying he will do so. This is in Outsurance interest to know if the vehicle repairer they use provide a satisfactory service. OBVIOUSLY OUTSURANCE DON'T CARE IF YOU CAR IS PROPERLY FIXED OR DAMAGED WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE REPAIRED!!!
