I am writing with regards to no service from my bank: ABSA. I've been applying online as well as e-mailing them for about two weeks now. All I want is a study loan. I've been a loyal client with them, and I always pay my accounts, yet, I'm receiving no feedback from them, not even a phone call. I'm highly disappointed in the service that I've been receiving and I'm actually considering changing to another bank.
