Incorrect info on credit reports

According to my credit reports I have an account that I opened on the 25/02/2013 with an opening balance of 4147.00 and monthly instalement of 4778.00. I did not open an account for that sum and therefore request that you close and update your records as this affects my credit profile.

Please correct and advise once done.
