Hostile attitude towards customers!

I was really disgusted with the hostile attitude I received this morning from Nandi at the Credit Card Department of Standard bank. From the moment she took my call, it was clear that Customer Service was the last thing on her mind. I'm so tired of service like this in our country to the point that it makes me sick! People like this should rather not interact with the public AT ALL!!!
