Poor customer srvice

It has been two weeks since i put a claim for my damadge car with santam and nobody is bother to call and informe me about the procees and when i call to ask what is happening with my claim i'm always told that the person who is handling my case is not available or we will call you back which no one bothers to do it. im using my car for work purpose and i have fines about which im gona use the premiums that santam was supposed to get end of month to pay the traffic fines with it and they wont get anything because they responsible for it!
