No reponse from FNB Care or my Bus Banking Manage

I forwarded this FNB Care complaint email to my business banking manager on the 27th of February after discussing it with him telephonically, he has not yet responded to my email. No response from my email to FNB CARE

I called Business Banking on the 10th of January to enquire about a business loan. At first it seemed promising as the system was reflecting an available figure close to what I was requiring (240k). The consultant, Ntokozo Silhakhane, said, after troubleshooting the issue with her colleagues that the reason why the loan wasn't being approved is because I require collateral. The finance is for second hand machinery that I've been renting for the past 18months at 9k per month, for the reason of not having financed the equipment yet, I have no collateral other than my personal home which I've only owned for 2.5years. In the interim I've settled a large personal loan, cancelled a business credit card and reduced my overdraft facility (total settled 130k) in the hopes I would now be able to get the loan I need. Notokozo said that someone from the loans department would call me within 5 days when I initially spoke to her (10 Jan), I haven't heard from anyone since
