About a month ago, our gate motor unit needed repairs. Our insurance Discovery stipulates they pay for the call-out and first hour of labour.
The repair took about three days. When the Discovery consultant called the motor had not been returned yet and to call back when it was returned. He didn't call back, and we subsequently paid the service provider the full amount, as we did not want them to wait for their money.
The consultant eventually called back 3 days after the unit was returned. When I asked for our money to be refunded, the call got 'disconnected' and he didn't called back.
I have contacted them a few times with not even an acknowledgement of my e-mail.
If you're becoming too big to be a good service provider Discovery, then go back to a workload that is manageable and pay attention to clients forking over our hard-earned cash every month. Our insurance doesn't even decrease as our car depreciates in value!!!
