Shocking Service

The NPDA has been overpaying an account which has been closed since December 2011. ABSA has confirmed that the account has closed on 24 December 2011 and have received no further payments. NPDA has proof that payments returned to their account, yet they are delaying my refund. I find it shocking that money has returned to their account and nobody from NPDA bothered calling me or doing anything. I suppose all that money from December 2011 would have been pocketed by NPDA if I hadn't checked up on my accounts.
Please sort this out in this week.
