This is obviously a rare occasion where people who come to deal with Coombe would take a hat off to their staff, in appreciation for efficient work. On two occasions I have called in and spoke to consultants who confirmed that the payment my wife made was reflecting on their side but Machel vd Westhuizen and Jannie Botha had both not seen the payment after the proof was sent on several occasions. Lebohang and Mary Jane (may be wrong with Mary Jane) were the two that I spoke to and I was very frustrated by the fact that the account was paid (2/3/13) the amount that was more than asked but Coombe could not update till now (12 03 13). Lebohang is so professional in handling irate clients, she a fresh air, keep it up. This is what I sent to Coombe/Flemix last week: Hallo Peter, Please help my wife to get a paid-letter and consent letter from Coombe/Flemix. They seem to want to delay this using the tactics of "funds not yet allocated" story. E: Fullname: TP Diphaha//ID: 8003290388087//Case: C01-005839603. This account was paid R14148.87 on the 2/03/13 but still on the 8th we get the email that we owe R 13, 562.18
