I filled a dispute form on 20th February at FNB Sunninghill, complaining about the large withheld amount on my account. I was asked to forward documentation regarding a specific transaction which never went through yet FNB never released my money from November 2012.
No action to date has been done, I still have the money with held on my account and there has been no follow through whatsoever, yet FNB is telling me to go back into the branch to start the process all over again.
What kind of customer service is this? Why does FNB keep on withholding my own money? Is my account being used to gather interest?
I'm getting so tired of the constant bad service I get from this bank.
