ABSOLUTELY NOT CONTACTABLE

Following a incident where a Fedex Exprex driver was road raging, causing damages to my vehicle and the company claims their driver did not cause any damages to my vehicle. This has to be refeered back to Iwize as they refuse to pay-up. I called the call centre to speak to the legal department. They were not available and was transferred from agent to agent. Eventually the agent said she would get someone to call me (Friday, 8/3/13 @ /- 11h00), till now I had no call. Where do I go from here? Competative premiums but no communications! On 1 December 2012 I had a glass claim and waited 5 days for an agant to call me and this was also a hassle to get to speak to an agent.
