Pathetic

My geyser burst after 3am on sunday 10 March, water was leaking in my passage and bedroom. My electricity went off due to the water leaking and probably affected the wires. I contacted the emergency line and they advised me that they will contact the 24hr service and will let me know when someone can aome out. 1-2 hours later my ceiling fell down in my bedroom due to the water dripping from the roof and this followed with lots of damages. I was advised that this has to be dealt with through the claims department. The plumber only arrived after 9:30 and managed to stop the leaking however because of water damage the ceiling stil fel down bit by bit. My house is now mouldy, damp, dusty as i cannot clean or I will have a problem with my claim and that I know for a fact. I have 3 children who has asthma, my eldest is chronic and my husband who has sarcadosis (lung disease) already my daughter is suffering because of this and the agent Chanel and her teamleader Polly tells me there is nothing they can do as I need to refer this to claims tomorrow. I know i will have to take my daughter to the doctor by tomorrow because i have to stay here until i have a registered claim
