On 6 February 2013 i bought a shares program from him for R19800. The invoice was for R22000.???
The agreement was that the technical team will install a week later. Payment would then be done. In the meantime he submitted the payment. His excuse was that this is only an reservation process, and if the team do not install it will stop!!! He mislead me on this!!
With his failing to keep his promise, i decide to stop on 8 February 2013. After numerous phone calls, only to hear promises that the manager will phone me back. It never happened. To speak to Cathy is also a waste of time. The whole management in this company is always in a meeting. He is not willing to help me because i did not follow the correct procedure to stop this transaction.
Currently i pay for an item that don not exsist!! How can you explain this!
